ISO Digital Download License & Terms

This site is part of the Techno-PM group of websites. By purchasing or downloading our digital products, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. License & Usage Terms

• Buyers may use the templates within their own business or projects without restriction, including adapting and customizing them for internal use.
  
  
• Buyers may not resell, redistribute, or share the templates in their original or modified form.- Templates may not be packaged into another product for sale, published publicly, or provided as free downloads.
  
  
• Only customers who purchase the Consultant Toolkit, Consultant Launchpad, or ISO Consultant Pack are permitted to use the templates with multiple clients as part of their consulting services.
  
  
• Downloads must not be shared, republished, or distributed without prior written approval from Techno-PM.
  
  
• Redistribution, resale, or commercial exploitation of these templates is strictly prohibited.
  
  
• The license is non-transferable and granted only to the purchasing individual or organization.
  
  
• We reserve the right to withdraw support in cases of inappropriate or abusive behavior.

2. Support & Updates

• Support is limited to technical assistance and clarification of template usage.
  
  
• Support does not include customization, consulting, or audit guarantees, unless explicitly included in the purchased package.
  
  
• Updates, where offered, will be specified at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, updates are free for 12 months from the purchase date.

3. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of our templates or services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

By purchasing or downloading any of our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
