Refund Guarantee Policy: Refunds are given if the templates do not perform as claimed and cannot be repaired within 24 hours, and sections of a purchased template are absent and cannot be supplied, and downloads are unavailable and no other delivery methods are effective. A 30-day refund guarantee is also specifically promoted by some template products (such as the ISO 27001 Toolkit).
Procedure: Before requesting a refund, customers are required to call the support team to sort out their problems. It is centered on quick problem solving.
